Who's Sarah?

Sarah Cole is a practising artist and qualified art teacher with over 25 years of experience; working with both adults and children of all ages and all abilities.

She taught for 16 years at secondary level including GCSE and A Level students; as well as teaching basic drawing to adults through the Adult Education programme. She has run in-school workshops and trained art teachers across the UK for the last 10 years.

Specialisms include working with mixed-media, print-making, water colours, photography and compiling fantastic sketchbooks.

As an exam board moderator she has practical insight into how to improve grades.

More recently she has run Courses around her kitchen table at home, and run regular Art Clubs, for both KS1 and KS2 children, at Blackthorns Community Primary School.

She works with individual clients and has run workshops in the Sussex area including Cumnor House School and Brighton College Prep School.

She loves to share her knowledge and expertise in art with others. She is enthusiastic and passionate about her subject and naturally inspires those she works with, whatever age or experience.
