ABOUT SARAH

Sarah is a practising Artist and qualified Art teacher with over 25 years of experience; working with both adults and children of all ages and all abilities.

​

She taught for sixteen years at secondary level including GCSE and A Level students; as well as teaching basic drawing to adults through the Adult Education programme. She also has over 10 years experience of running training courses, both in schools and around the country for art teachers. As an exam board moderator, she has practical insight into how to improve grades.

Based at her studio, she runs regular classes and workshops. She tutors individual clients for exams, scholarships and the sheer pleasure of art. She has run workshops for Lindfield Arts Festival and schools including Blackthorns Primary, Cumnor House School and Brighton College Prep School.

As a practising artist, her work has been exhibited at Field and Forest cafe (Lindfield), the Green Tree Gallery (Borde Hill) and the Nuffield Hospital (Haywards Heath)

She loves to share her knowledge and expertise in art with others. She is enthusiastic and passionate about her subject and naturally inspires those she works with, whatever age or experience.
